This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for disposable privacy curtains and curtain mesh for the Gallup Indian Medical Center. The period of performance is from 08/01/2026 to 07/31/2031, with a base year and four one-year option periods. The government is not obligated to purchase any specific quantity. The dollar limit for each call is $15,**** regarding the solicitation must be submitted by July 14, 2026, 12 PM MDT. The government reserves the right to inspect the contractor's place of performance, daily operations, equipment, licenses, certifications, and quality of work.
The delivery for the base year is by 07/31/2027. Option year one delivery is by 07/31/2028, option year two by 07/31/2029, option year three by 07/31/2030, and option year four by 07/31/2031.
Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer through the Department of Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Invoices for accepted items will be applied against the total funded amount until the ceiling is reached.
The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The factors are price and technical capability of the items offered.
Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). For awards under the Buy Indian Act, offerors must meet the definition of an Indian Economic Enterprise.
The government reserves the right to inspect the contractor's place of performance, daily operations, equipment, licenses and certifications, and quality of work at any given time.

Contractors perform at their own risk when accepting direction from unauthorized officials. Failure to follow statutory and regulatory processes for the expenditure of government funds is a very serious matter.
