The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 120 calendar days after receiving award, notice to proceed. This performance period is mandatory.

Payment will be made monthly in arrears through the government's Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Invoices must be submitted electronically through WAWF.

The government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract to the responsible vendor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to be the most advantageous to the government, considering price and past performance.

All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM. gov) to be eligible for award. A minimum of two, and a maximum of three, past performance references for recent and relevant projects are required.

Service providers warrant that all services performed will be done with the highest competence and care, and all materials and equipment will be new and of suitable grade.
