The deadline to submit a response to this RFP is July 17, 2026, at 12:00:00 PM CT. Any late entries will not be accepted.

Proposals will be evaluated based on purchase price (30 points), reputation and references (10 points), quality of goods or services (15 points), extent to which needs are met (15 points), past relationship (10 points), and total long-term cost (15 points).

Vendors must be qualified and will be evaluated based on criteria including price, reputation, quality, and meeting district needs. The qualification period begins after Frisco ISD Board of Trustees approval and has an initial term ending May 11, 2028, with potential for annual renewals.

Vendors may be disqualified for submitting proposals after the deadline, failing to materially satisfy requirements, altering solicitation language, not providing required documents, colluding to defraud, or violating the limited contact policy.

Payment will be made upon receipt of a properly prepared, itemized invoice, validated by the COR, and submitted through the tungsten network.

The contractor shall guarantee that all work performed will be free from all defects in workmanship and materials and that all installation will provide the capacities and characteristics specified. The contract further guarantees that if, during a period of one year from the date of the certificate of completion and acceptance of the work, any such defects will be repaired by the contractor at his own cost.

A prebid site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 7/14/26 at 11:30am. Prospective bidders shall meet at JAMES J. PETERS VAMC, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY **** Building 100 and Room Number GC100. Note: No other site visits will be allowed.

Bids providing less than 120 calendar days of government acceptance after the date bids are due will not be considered and will be rejected.

Magnitude of construction: between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
