This is a solicitation for Audio Visual Support Services for the Veterans Affairs Southern Nevada Health Care System. The contract period includes a base year and two option years. Offerors must be registered in SAM and meet SDVOSB set-aside requirements. Key technical requirements include expertise with Crestron, Extron, Blackmagic, Cisco, Vaddio, Samsung, Sony, and QSC audio systems, as well as proficiency with QSYS 9. 6 or above designer software. The period of performance for this contract includes a base year from 06/15/2026 to 06/14/2027, Option 1 from 06/15/2027 to 06/14/2028, and Option 2 from 06/15/2028 to 06/14/2029.
The bid notice states that invoices shall be submitted monthly in arrears, and payments will be made in accordance with the prompt payment act.
The bid notice states that the contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.
The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
Contractor technicians must provide evidence of ability to troubleshoot, program, repair/replace currently installed Crestron, Extron, Blackmagic, Ionogeni, Cisco, Vaddio, Samsung, NVX digital matrix, Sony cameras, and QSC audio systems, and be familiar with QSYS 9. 6 or above designer software.
If performance does not conform to the contract specifications, the VA Healthcare Centers COR or the Contracting Officer shall require the contractor to perform the service again to conform to the contract specifications, at no cost to the government.
A site visit will be held on 04/20/2026 at 10:00 am PDT located at **** N Pecos Rd. N Las Vegas NV ****, building 1, in front of the auditorium room ****.
