The insurance agencies/agents submitting proposals must list the following information in their proposals: brief profile of the insurance agency, brief profile and qualifications of the agent that will be handling the account, other accounts of this size currently being written by the insurance agency/agent, a. m. best, standard poors, or moodys rating of the insurance company utilized in submitting proposals, name and address of the adjusting or appraising company that will be handling claims under the proposals submitted, list any loss control services that will be provided at no additional cost to the district by the insurance company, list the frequency the district will receive claimsloss statistics reports and include a sample copy of the statistical report, list whether the companies used to submit proposals are admitted or nonadmitted carriers in the state of texas, a specimen copy of the insurance policies and all endorsements under which the proposed coverage will be written, references: proposers must submit at least three references with contact information for clients of a similar size to the district.

A protest may be submitted in writing during the solicitation process when the aggrieved vendor knows or should have known the factors giving rise to a protest or within five 5 business days after the bid due date.
