There will be a mandatory pre-proposal walkthrough on Wednesday, June 30th, at 11 AM. At least one attendee from your firm must be physically present. We will discuss the project then proceed to Gregory Park to look at the jobsite. Because this is mandatory, we will not accept late arrivals.
Questions and clarifications are due July 14th by 5:00 PM.
Any attempts to contact city personnel other than the clerk will result in disqualification. Any submittal that does not meet the requirements set forth in this document and any addenda will not be considered.
The city has a budget of one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) for this project.
