Offerors are invited to state an opinion on whether the quantity of supplies is economically advantageous to the government. The offeror represents that it is, is not a corporation that has any unpaid federal tax liability that has been assessed, for which all judicial and administrative remedies have been exhausted or have lapsed, and that is not being paid in a timely manner pursuant to an agreement with the authority responsible for collecting the tax liability. The offeror represents that it is, is not a corporation that was convicted of a felony criminal violation under a federal law within the preceding 24 months. The offeror shall list in this paragraph any commercial derivative military articles it intends to deliver under any contract resulting from this solicitation. The government normally uses methods of transportation by regulated common carrier for shipment within the contiguous United States. All wooden lumber, wooden pallets, and wooden containers produced entirely or in part of wood packing material WPM shall be constructed from debarked wood in addition to the application of heat-treated material HT to 56 degrees centigrade or 133 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. The proposal shall be clear, concise, and shall include sufficient detail for effective evaluation and for substantiating the validity of stated claims. The proposal should not simply rephrase or restate the government's requirements. Offeror shall assume that the government has no prior knowledge of their facilities and experience and will base its evaluation on the information presented in the offeror's proposal. Elaborate brochures or documentation, binding, detailed artwork, or other embellishments are unnecessary and are not desired. The proposal acceptance period is specified in section a of the solicitation. The offer shall make a clear statement in section a of the proposal documentation that the proposal is valid for at least the number of days identified in section a, starting from the closing date of the solicitation. In accordance with FAR subpart **** contents of contract files, the government will retain one copy of all unsuccessful proposals. The Washoe County School District (WCSD) is soliciting bids for the provision and delivery of milk and other dairy products to schools and the nutrition services center. Bidders must be licensed or incorporated in Nevada, and possess any necessary licenses and certifications. All required forms (Exhibit A, B, C, and D) must be completed, signed (if applicable), and submitted in both hard copy and electronic format. Bid submissions must be in Microsoft Word, Excel, or Adobe PDF format on a flash drive, and submitted in a sealed envelope. The deadline for bid submission is August 28, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time.
