Requirement for sports officials for the fitness center program at Los Angeles Air Force Base (LAAFB). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services. The acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Quotes are due by June 12, 2026, 10:00 AM PST. The evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. The contract will be firm-fixed-price. Offerors must submit quotes in both unredacted and redacted formats and adhere to a 10-page limit for quotes. Anti-terrorism awareness training is mandatory for all personnel.
Quotations must be submitted no later than 12 June 2026, 10:00 AM PST. The place of performance is Los Angeles Air Force Base, 483 N. Aviation Blvd. , El Segundo, CA ****, United States, and other locations stated in the attached SOW.
Payment will be made by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. The contractor shall use the WAWF system for electronic submission of payment requests and receiving reports. Specific document types and routing data will be provided in the contract.
The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation factors are: technical evaluation (pass/fail) and price (lowest priced quote from a technically acceptable vendor).
Offerors must provide a company profile, contact information, small business type, NAICS code, CAGE code, UEI code, and a completed pricing spreadsheet SF 1449. Technical evaluation requires a brief description of how tasks in the SOW will be performed and any necessary credentials.
Incomplete quotations may be determined ineligible for award. Quotes received with no pricing on option years may not be evaluated. Pages beyond the 10th page limit will not be evaluated.
