Arkansas Tech University is seeking proposals for providing promotional items through a custom online ordering portal. Sealed responses are due July 8, 2025, at 2 PM. Vendors must be licensed with the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) to use ATU trademarks, not source items from China, and offer products from licensed suppliers only. The portal will offer a curated list of approximately 20 products with multiple options per category, subject to adjustment. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with up to six additional one-year renewals, for a maximum of seven years. The evaluation criteria include cost, quality of items, experience with higher education institutions, and references.
