This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for moving services for the Forsyth County Cooperative Extension. The move involves relocating contents and some furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) from **** Fairchild Rd, WinstonSalem, NC ****, to **** Forsyth Center Dr, Tobaccoville, NC 27050. The contractor will provide boxes and labels for staff to pack personal files and reference books. All supplies and equipment must be new and in first-class condition, with an exception for reusable totes if they are in good serviceable condition. The move can occur during or outside normal business hours. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled for April 24, 2026, at 9:00 am at the current location. Bidders are required to visit the job site. The deadline for submitting written questions is April 29, 2026, at 5:00 pm. Proposals are due by May 12, 2026, at 2:00 pm. Minimum qualifications include being in business for at least 5 years, no current pending litigation without reasonable explanation, and the managing office located within 75 miles of WinstonSalem, NC. The contractor must disclose if the labor force is subcontracted. The winning contractor must maintain specific insurance coverage, including commercial general liability and business auto liability. The contractor assumes full responsibility for the work and releases the county from claims. Applicable North Carolina sales and use taxes are to be added to invoices. The mover warrants that all goods and services conform to specifications. Upon completion, the contractor must remove all equipment, material, and debris, leaving the area in an undamaged and acceptable condition. Employees must comply with conduct and building regulations, including a tobacco-free policy. Failure to perform may result in contract termination. Payment will be made in full after acceptance and submission of a proper invoice and written warranties. The award will be made to the lowest responsible responsive bid received. Proposals must be mailed, hand-delivered, or emailed and clearly marked. Late or incomplete responses will be rejected. The county reserves the right to hold proposals open for 30 days after the due date. The successful contractor must have a certificate of authority to transact business in North Carolina and comply with specific North Carolina general statutes regarding subcontractors and the Iran Divestment Act and boycott of Israel. Proposals must include project cost, executive summary, move contractor qualifications data (company profile, project team, references, litigation, sample COI, W9), technical approach (proposed scope of work, project methodology, details on services provided by respondent and others), project timeline, and oversight from a single contractor. Any proposed subcontractors must be identified.

This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for traffic paint. The paint must be fast dry, white, acrylic water-based, and come in 250-gallon totes. It must be in accordance with TXDOT **** information and changes related to this solicitation will be posted on the website, and respondents should monitor it for addendums, additional documents, questions, and answers, or changes. The opening date is the due date for submission of responses, and submittals will not be accepted after this date and time. Required documents for submission include the total extended pricing schedule, execution of bid, Texas Family Code Schedule, and any addenda.
