This amendment extends the quote due date to August 25, 2025, and increases the quantity to 2 ea. The close by date is also extended to July 10, 2025. Government source inspection is required. Accelerated delivery is encouraged and accepted before the delivery date. All freight is FOB origin. The resultant award will be issued. If the offeror is not the manufacturer, an official email from the OEM confirming authorization as an authorized distributor is required. The contract purchase order contains requirements for manufacture and contract quality requirements for the cutter, creaser. Applicable documents, including modifications or exclusions, are listed. Ordering information is attached. The cutter, creaser furnished under this contract purchase order shall be the design represented by cage code reference number(s). This item shall be physically identified in accordance with MIL STD 130, Rev N, 16 Nov **** substitution of items shall be made without prior written change order approval from the NAVICP Mech contracting officer. When any change in design, material, servicing, or part number is made, the contractor shall furnish a drawing and explanation of the reason for the change. Records of all inspection work by the contractor shall be kept complete and available to the government during the performance of the contract purchase order and for a period of 365 calendar days after final delivery of supplies. Preservation, packaging, packing, and marking shall be in accordance with the contract purchase order schedule and as specified. MIL STD **** packaging applies as found elsewhere in the schedule. Offerors consideration for award of contract shall be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item. Proof of being an authorized distributor must be provided on company letterhead signed by a responsible company official and sent with your offer to the procurement contracting officer. All documents and drawings provided by the US Navy must include a distribution statement to inform the contractor of the limits of distribution and the safeguarding of the information contained on those documents and drawings. There are seven separate distribution statement codes used for non-classified documents and drawings.

The government intends to purchase one Morgana Digifold Pro XL for folding, creasing, and perforating printed products. The vendor is responsible for procurement, delivery, installation, calibration, configuration, and training of the equipment. The installation must be coordinated with government personnel (prepress supervisor, print plant supervisor, and contracting officer representative). The vendor must replace equipment that arrives inoperable within 10 days of delivery. The contract includes a one-year base period with four optional years of service and maintenance. Maintenance must include new original manufacturer parts and labor, and technicians must be trained and certified on Morgana equipment. Next-day service is required. The vendor must coordinate with Dia prepress and production supervisors for equipment moves and sequence of events, and with Dia electrical/pneumatic maintenance personnel for electrical requirements. All installation, support, and maintenance must be performed on-site at the Dia production facility. No dial-up or outside connections for system, support, and maintenance of equipment will be permitted. All equipment will be inspected by the vendor, point of contact, and print plant supervisors during installation to ensure it meets specifications.
