This is a combined synopsis solicitation for a high temperature black body. The Department of the Air Force intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. Proposals must demonstrate technical capability and meet or exceed all requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW). Past performance and responsibility will be assessed, including review of CPARS and SPRS. CMMC Level 1 is required. The acquisition is subject to the Buy American Act and Trade Agreements. Proposals are due by May 27, 2026, 11:00 am EDT and should be submitted via email to the points of contact. Questions are due by May 13, 2026, 11:00 am EDT.
The period of performance is 12 weeks after contract award, with delivery FOB destination.
The bid notice states net 30 terms and no progress payments.
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to this combined synopsis solicitation, receives an acceptable rating on technical capability, and contains the lowest total evaluated price (TEP), determined fair, reasonable, and not unbalanced.
The proposal must demonstrate that the offered item meets or exceeds every requirement of the SOW, identify the proposed manufacturer, make, and model, provide manufacturer technical data, datasheets, or specification sheets verifying compliance with each SOW characteristic, and identify any deviations or exceptions to the SOW.
Adverse findings in past performance and responsibility determinations, including review of CPARS and SPRS, may render an offeror non-responsible.
