This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes only, not a solicitation. The US Coast Guard is seeking information from companies capable of providing drydock repairs to the USCGC Moray. The period of performance is anticipated to be 91 calendar days, starting **** and ending **** parties must submit information by 1:00 PM EST on 30 June 2025, including company information, business size, documentation verifying small business certifications (if applicable), a statement on how the company will perform the work, and past performance information. The applicable NAICS code is ****, Ship Building and Repairing, and the size standard is 1,300 employees. Companies should register in the System for Award Management (SAM). The government is not obligated to award a contract or pay for any information provided.

Responses to this IFB must be received by July 3, 2025, 10:30 AM Central Time. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response including all required information and documentation. Questions or clarifications must be submitted by June 25, 2025, 5:00 PM Central Time. An addendum was posted on July 1, 2025, 5:00 PM. The anticipated contract start date is September 1, 2025. The scope of work includes diagnosing, analyzing, repairing and/or replacing various vehicle components. Bidders must have at least five years of relevant experience and provide three verifiable references. Insurance requirements apply. The Texas Public Information Act (PIA) may apply to proposals and contracts. Payment will be made in accordance with the Texas Prompt Payment Act.
