This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services for custom MTJ sensors. The solicitation number is **** must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM. gov). Quotations must be submitted electronically via email by March 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. All questions concerning the solicitation must be submitted in writing no later than 2 calendar days after the issuance date. The quotation should be divided into three volumes: Technical Quotation, Price Quotation, and Terms and Conditions. Award will be made to the responsible offeror who meets all required technical specifications and proposes the lowest price. No prototypes, demonstration models, used or refurbished instruments will be considered.
Offerors shall submit their electronic quotations, via email, so that NIST receives them not later than 12:00 PM Eastern Time, March 30, 2026. The requirements for the line items to be acquired are in the attached statement of work document, which includes dates and places of delivery and acceptance.
The technical quotation shall clearly describe, in sufficient detail, the vendors authority, proposed items, resources and methods to successfully fulfill the requirements including specifications, performance capability requirements, delivery schedules, warranties, and all service requirements.
Award shall be made to the responsible offeror who meets all required technical specifications as determined by a review of documentation submitted in accordance with this solicitation and proposes the lowest price. Award shall be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.
Quoters/contractors must possess an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM. gov) when submitting a quotation and shall continue to hold an active registration until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any purchase order or contract resulting from this solicitation.
Offerors must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to both the contract specialist and contracting officer. Questions should be received no later than 2 calendar days after the issuance date of this solicitation.
