The city shall pay the contractor within thirty-five (35) days after the contractor's statements are submitted. The consideration shall be for both the services performed by the contractor and any expenses incurred by the contractor in performing the services.
The evaluation committee will review proposals based on project approach and methodology (35%), experience and qualifications of the project team (15%), cost proposal (15%), proposal quality (10%), and timeline (10%).
