Amendment of solicitation/modification of contract for catering services Catering services for various events, including receptions and awards ceremonies. The location of these events and ceremonies will vary but the majority will take place at the U. S. embassy in Riyadh on the diplomatic quarter. Frequency and timing will vary as well. The number of guests at each event will typically range from 30 to 75 pax set menu and up to 75 pax buffet or cocktail/canape style party but could increase. The successful vendor will be responsible for providing catering services both inside the embassy and possibly outside at various locations in and around the diplomatic quarter. The menu includes a variety of items, such as BBQ beef sliders, shredded beef, chicken and/or beef taquitos, fish tacos, quesadillas, Caesar salad, chili dogs, french fries, grilled vegetables skewers, macaroni cheese, cup cake, pie with vanilla ice cream, pecan and apple is preferred, blueberry trifle, salad station, appetizers, smoked salmon
