Bids must be received no later than June 19, 2026, by 1:00 PM ET. Delivery of materials shall be made in coordination with each individual school principal or designee.

The KCSD may make reasonable investigations to determine the ability of the bidder to perform the work and furnish the items. The bidder shall furnish all information and data requested for this purpose.

In case of default by the contractor, the board may procure the articles and services from other sources and may deduct the amount of excess cost so paid from any unpaid balance due to the vendor.

Samples may be required to assist in making decisions for awarding of contracts. The samples must be furnished by the time and date specified for the bid opening. Failure to furnish samples may disqualify the bid. Samples as indicated below: bidder shall include a sample cap, gown, tassel, stole, cord, announcements 2 and 3fold w envelopes, memory book, thank you note, envelope seals, class key chain, name cards, diplomas, diploma cover.

Failure to comply with instructions shall disqualify your bid. Bids received after the scheduled time of opening will not be opened. Any bids received unsigned shall be rejected. Failure to furnish samples may disqualify the bid.

Vendors must be qualified to provide towing, vehicle removal, and storage services.

The deadline for responses to this sources sought notice is April 17, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

Respondents must provide company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, email address, CAGE code, business size under NAICS ****, and indicate if their firm is certified under specific small business categories if applicable. Information on GSA FSS contract availability and previous government agency acquisitions of these services is also requested.

If any acceptable performance levels are not met, the contractor may face a substandard performance rating or contract termination.

The bid notice states that uniforms are to be delivered and picked up every Wednesday between the hours of **** and 1400. The contract has a base year, two option years, and a 6-month extension.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as faulty zippers or failed stitching, and provisions for repairing or replacing garments that have become unserviceable through normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse or abuse, alterations or unauthorized repairs, lost or stolen items, or damage from hazardous materials.
