Firms will be evaluated on the basis of their written responses to this RFP, additional written information as requested by CHFA and oral interviews, if any, including, but not limited to, the following criteria: qualifications of personnel, organization and approach, fees, commitment to affirmative action, Connecticut presence, absence of conflicts or potential conflicts, location, and geographic area.
Firms must be qualified real estate maintenance firms with offices in the state of Connecticut.
Failure to comply with the requirements of this RFP may result in CHFA's rejection of a proposal.
