The contract includes provisions for termination for cause if the contractor fails to properly perform its obligations or materially violates any terms. The state may withhold payments in excess of compensation for completed services or provided goods. The contractor shall not be relieved of liability for damages sustained by virtue of any breach.
The contractor shall collect and submit samples of promising WBL portfolio practices from WBL certification and recertification networking event participants to the state.
The maximum liability of the state under this contract is six thousand dollars and zero cents ($6,****).
