Contract awards must be made taking into account the following factors: purchase price or discount, longterm costs service, supplies, maintenance, etc. , quality of vendors goods or services, extent to which the good or service meets district needs, reputation of the vendor and of the vendors goods or services, vendors past relationship with the district, impact on the ability of the district to comply with laws and rules relating to historically underutilized businesses, and any other relevant factors specifically listed in the request for bids or proposals.
Responding vendors are required to include a resume of the primary owners who will manage the selection of staff providing services to the district, as stated in the bid notice.
