The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for a gooseneck trailer. Bidders must be registered in the lagov system. All bids must be submitted online via the provided link. The bid opening is on **** at 9:45 AM CST. Bidders must be licensed by the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission and include a copy of a valid dealers license with their bid. Bidders must specify brand, model, length, hydraulic dove tail, gross vehicle weight rating, frame and neck, width, deck height, axles, wheels, tires, brakes, suspension, crossmembers, bridging, deck, coupler, jacks, battery charger, hydraulics, toolbox, lights, wiring, paint, rub rail, spare tire and mount, warranty, and delivery days. The state intends to award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting the specifications. The state reserves the right to reject individual line items from the award.

A W9 form is required if the vendor is newly registered. The bid opening will be held online via Zoom.
