Dairy Products Government Bids & RFPs

Bids will be accepted until June 17, 2026. Delivery of fluid milk shall be completed in all buildings prior to 7:00 am, three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible vendor whose bid conforms to meeting the minimum requirements of the bid request.

Vendors must be qualified suppliers and have a satisfactory record of performance. They must also provide information on any litigation or administrative proceedings within the last four years.

In case of default by the awarded contractor, the district may procure necessary items from other sources and hold the contractor responsible for any excess costs.

Any vendor aggrieved by an award may appeal the decision by filing a written notice of appeal within five calendar days of the date of award.

An IFB may be rejected for reasons including failure to deliver by the due date, non-compliance with requests for information, inconsistent formatting, limiting the district's rights, materially changing service requirements, or rejecting terms and conditions.
