This is a sources sought announcement, not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a market survey to obtain information from qualified businesses, with special interest in SDVOSBs, VOSBs, and small businesses. Responses will assist the government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. No solicitation is being issued at this time. Information submitted is voluntary. The Dublin VA Medical Center and VA Albany CBOC building require groundskeeping services, including mowing, trimming, edging, irrigation, debris removal, and pest control. Access to the Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany is required. Potential sources must provide company name, address, phone number, primary contacts, email address, NAICS codes, business size, DUNS number, and a statement of capability (no longer than 5 pages) demonstrating past performance in providing this type of service. Capability statements must be submitted via email to ***@***. *. * by July 3, 2025, by 12:00 PM EST. Proof of ability to access the Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany is required. No capability statements may be submitted after July 3, 2025. A future notice will be posted when the solicitation is released. This is a sources sought announcement for groundskeeping services at two VA facilities. The announcement does not obligate the government to award a contract. The government reserves the right to use the information for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Responses will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in the response. Bidders must be registered in the lagov system to submit an online bid. Responses must be received by **** 02:00 pm CST. A mandatory jobsite visit is required. The contract is for lawn maintenance and landscaping at the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections Lafayette Office of Motor Vehicles for an initial 1-year period, with the possibility of renewal for two additional 12-month periods. The contract will not exceed 36 months. All bid prices must be typed, written in ink or submitted online. Bidders must include a W9 form if newly registered. All attachments must be printed and reviewed. The bid must be manually signed in ink or submitted online. All bid information must be in ink, typewritten, or submitted online. All inquiries and correspondence should be addressed to the buyer at the phone and address shown above. Bids must be submitted on the state's standard forms and properly signed. Fax alterations, not involving pricing, to bids received before bid opening time will be considered provided the bid form and faxed alteration have been received and timestamped before the bid opening. The entire bid should be returned, except item pages not bid. Bid prices must be complete, including transportation prepaid by bidder to destination and firm for acceptance for a minimum of 30 days. Vendor is responsible for including all applicable taxes in the bid price. State agencies are exempt from all state and local sales and use taxes. All products for purchase must be new, never previously used, and the current model and/or packaging. No remanufactured, demonstrator, used or irregular product will be considered for purchase unless otherwise specified in the solicitation. The manufacturer's standard warranty will apply unless otherwise specified in the solicitation. The state of Louisiana has the right to terminate the contract for any of the following reasons: misrepresentation by the contractor, contractor's fraud, collusion, conspiracy or other unlawful means of obtaining any contract with the state of Louisiana, conflict of contract provisions with constitutional or statutory provisions of state or federal law, abusive or belligerent conduct by contractor towards an employee or agent of the state, contractor's intentional violation of the procurement code, or any listed reason for debarment. The state of Louisiana may terminate the contract for convenience at any time by giving thirty (30) days written notice to the contractor. Failure to deliver within the time specified or to provide the services as specified in the bid will constitute a default and may cause cancellation of the contract.

Bid for three 3-year contracts for grass cutting, edging, blowing, sweeping, litter removal, mulching and herbicide spraying for the Jefferson Parish Department of Parkways. Bid due August 7, 2025 at 2:00 PM. Mandatory pre-bid conference on July 14, 2025 at 9:00 AM. Louisiana contractors license required. Bid bond of $5,**** and performance bond of $1,000,**** required. Pollution insurance required. Invoices submitted after each completed cycle of work. Liquidated damages for missed or unsatisfactory work. Daily maintenance reports and spray logs required. Additional documents required: generic bid affidavit, insurance certificates (within 10 days of bid opening), electronic bid bond. Detailed specifications for each type of work (smooth cut, flat rough, roadside ditch and slope mowing) and required equipment. Additional maintenance areas can be added or subtracted.

Sealed bids will be received electronically through the e-procurement site (www. ***. *. *) until 2:00 PM on August 7, 2025. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 14, 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department. Bidders must attend the pre-bid conference to be eligible to submit a bid. Bid specifications are available on the Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department webpage (www. ***. *. *). A surety bid bond is required in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, or the amount specified in the specifications. The bond must be submitted electronically through the online clearinghouse bond management system. Jefferson Parish strongly encourages the involvement of minority and/or woman-owned business enterprises (DBEs). The Parish reserves the right to reject all bids or reject bids for just cause.
