The City of Dayton, Ohio is seeking bids for industrial tank and pipe cleaning services. Bids must be submitted electronically by November 12, 2025, at 1:00 PM Dayton local time. The city shall not be billed/invoiced for work stoppage other than that caused directly by the city. Insurance requirements are included in this bid document and requires acceptance by bidder or bid may be subject to disqualification. All delivery costs are included in this quotation bidding company regardless of F. O. B. designation. Prices quoted will remain firm for acceptance within 90 calendar days after bid opening unless otherwise stated. The city of dayton is using pcards master charge for many low dollar purchases based on any price agreements in effect. Option to renew any resulting price agreement at the same rates, terms, and conditions for additional 12 month period from april 1, 2027 through march 31, 2028, april 1, 2028 through march 31, 2029 and april 1, 2029 through march 31, 2030 at the citys sole discretion. The city may, at any time, upon twenty days written notice to the contractor, terminate this purchase order in whole or in part for the citys convenience and without cause.
