Lot 4: FHWA ER Eligible- 40 Ton Capacity with Tailgate, 460 HP minimum, 152, 500 Pound GVW. To be Komatsu HM400- 3 or approved equivalent.
Lot 5: FHWA ER Eligible- Diesel Powered, 70 HP minimum, Power Angle Tilt, Power Shift Transmission, 16, 000 Pound minimum weight w/Cab That Meets FOPS and ROPS Safety Standards. To be a Deere 450J or approved equivalent.
