This is a Request for Information (RFI) for the design and manufacture of cold weather contact gloves. Interested vendors are requested to submit their information, including company details, product descriptions, pricing, and production capabilities. The VA requires a contractor to provide a vascular ultrasound system. Delivery is required within 30 days of award, no later than September 4, 2025, to an offsite warehouse. The contractor must provide electronic, digital copies of the user manuals and repair manuals for each different product.

This is a sole source procurement for Apple Inc. iPads, AppleCare, Logitech touch case, and Jamf are being procured. The closing date for proposals is August 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

Sealed bids are requested for panel, PLC, and HMI upgrades for lift stations. Bids are due September 22nd, 2025, at 2:00 PM MST. The bid must be submitted via email or delivered in a sealed package. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial products and commercial services, issued as an RFQ. The solicitation is for a small business set aside. The procurement is for a heavy-duty stainless steel conveyor dish machine (Hobart model no. CL44VL 1) for the Vanjhcs Lyons campus. Interested companies must provide quotations for the specified equipment and services. Training for the proper use of the dish machine will be provided by the vendor. The Helen Kane Natalie Roberts Moore will perform an inspection prior to the contractor leaving the facility. Quotes must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions in the solicitation.
