This is a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure customized coins for Army senior leaders. The agreement has a not-to-exceed price of $795,**** and a maximum dollar amount of $5,**** for each individual call. The government will evaluate offers based on technical merit, price, and past performance, with technical being more important. A sample coin of the design must be obtained and approved by the contracting officer representative (COR) prior to initial production. The sample coin must be sent to the COR within 10 days of the call being received. Invoices must be submitted within 15 days of the completion of the contract activity. The contractor must comply with the Berry Amendment, giving preference to domestically produced and manufactured specialty metals. The contractor must attend any post-award conference convened by the contracting activity or contract administration office. The government will make payment using a government purchase card, and each agreement holder will submit a summary invoice per call. The government will solicit each call to all offerors holding an agreement. The government will award using trade-off. The government will evaluate the following factors submitted, in this order: technical, price and past performance, with technical being more important than price and past performance, combined. The contractor shall provide all management, plant, supervision, labor, equipment and materials necessary to accomplish each call. Calls issued under this master BPA will be firm fixed price (FFP). Both parties to this BPA (i. e. , government and contractor) shall agree upon the clauses set forth in the BPA master agreement award and applied to each individual call. The estimated total order quantity for the 5-year period is 106,000 coins.

Wayne State University is soliciting proposals for an employee recognition program. The deadline for submitting proposals is July 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time. A mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for June 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM Eastern Detroit time. Proposals must be submitted electronically via a link posted on the university procurement website. The project is expected to commence on July 30, 2025, and be completed by August 13, 2025. The contract will be for a three-year period ending August 1, 2028, with the possibility of a one-year extension each year for up to two additional years. Vendors must provide detailed information about their experience, references, and service plans. Insurance certificates are required. The university reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, and/or negotiate any and all proposals received.
