Government may allow exceptions to this requirement based on needs. Reviewers must have expertise in language assessment and testing experiences plus experience in one or more of the following fields: linguistics, language teaching, literature, translation, or interpretation studies in the target language. The contractor shall document each reviewers qualifications. The contractor shall provide resumes of all reviewers before they can begin work on the contract for governments review and validation based on paragraph a. above. The contractor shall submit resumes no later than 14 calendar days from receipt of a task order. The government will notify the contractor of acceptance of reviewers within 2 days of receipt.
Reviews will be conducted at a site determined by the US government, who may exercise an option for online andor onsite reviews. Onsite working sessions may last approximately one to five days.
