To be considered qualified, the firm or team must demonstrate experience in project management, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, familiarity with FEMA NFIP regulatory requirements, experience developing or updating citywide drainage basin models, and the ability to manage large datasets, GIS-based modeling, and 1D/2D flood simulations, according to the bid notice, in order for the consultant to be considered qualified, the firm or team must demonstrate experience in project management, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, familiarity with 1 fema nfip regulatory requirements, experience developing or updating citywide drainage basin models, and the ability to manage large datasets, gisbased modeling, and 1d2d flood simulations.
