The anticipated delivery date shall be 10 weeks ARO (After Receipt of Order). Early deliveries are acceptable at no additional cost to the government.

The vendor must also have adequate resources, the necessary organization, experience, accounting and operational controls, technical skills, production and technical equipment and facilities, and be able to comply with the required performance schedule.
