Gas Repair Government Bids & RFPs

Bids are due no later than 4 pm on June 24, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Payments shall be made within **** days of receipt of proper invoices for work completed the previous month. Vendor-consultants are advised that they must submit monthly invoices within 30 days after the month services were performed.

The proposal will be evaluated based on bidders past experience performance (30 points), bidders cost of services (30 points), bidders ability to undertake the entire scope of work (30 points), and bidders ability to comply with bid instructions (10 points). Riverbay retains the discretion to not award any contract or to determine in its sole judgment the lowest qualified bidder.

Bidders must be licensed plumbers and submit a completed Appendix B, Statement of Qualifications for Bidders, which includes details on past projects, financial information, and any legal or disciplinary actions. Failure to submit complete bid documents may result in disqualification.

There will be no penalty for late payments. However, failure to provide pricing for each line item or failure to submit the bid form, Appendix B, and references will result in disqualification.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud live via Zoom at 2:30 pm, Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

Bids are sought from qualified firms interested in providing the specified fuel services.

Late submittals will not be considered.

The contract will be awarded based on the lowest and most responsible bidder. it is the intent of sandy city to award the contract based upon the lowest and most responsible bidder

Making contact or negotiating with Sandy City employees outside of the listed contacts or with other bidders could disqualify a bid. we understand that any such contact could disqualify this bid.

Responses are due by June 9, 2026.

To be qualified, companies must submit an application package through the Source Approval Request (SAR) program, demonstrating their ability to manufacture the product to the same level of quality, or better, than the required item.
