Trouble call services must be available 24/7. The contractor must follow the EAOTS AFHE corrective maintenance SOPs for all CM cases. The contractor must submit a trouble call debriefing form after each CM case is completed. Site support is generally defined as modifications, improvements, or modernization of existing AFHE systems.
