The City of Cedar Park is seeking proposals for reliable, high-quality fuel and fuel delivery services. The contract will be for an indefinite quantity for unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel. Deliveries are required one business day after request, between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Emergency, after-hours, weekend, and holiday deliveries may be required. Proposals are due July 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central. Evaluation criteria include proposer's experience (20%), ability to perform (30%), and price (50%). The contract term is one year, with automatic renewal for up to four additional one-year periods.
Delivery of product is required one business day after receipt of purchase request, between the hours of 7:30 a. m. and 4:30 p. m. Monday through Friday.
Undisputed payments will be submitted to proposer within thirty 30 days from receipt of original invoice. Invoices for payment shall be submitted via email to ***@***. *. * or via mail.
Proposal responses will be graded on the following criteria: Proposer's experience (20%), Proposer's ability to perform (30%), Proposer's price (50%).
Proposers must be qualified vendors to provide reliable, high quality fuel and fuel delivery services. They must demonstrate experience and have available machinery and equipment.
If the successful proposer fails to fulfill the terms, the city reserves the right to purchase fuel services on the open market and charge the proposer the difference, deduct charges, or terminate the contract.
Question deadline is July 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Any questions submitted after this time will not be answered.
Failure to sign and return the proposal response form may result in immediate disqualification. Noncompliance with provisions regarding contact with city staff may result in rejection.
