Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder whose proposal is determined to be in the best interest of Roane County based upon: Cost (40%), Experience with correctional facilities (25%), Delivery and emergency services (15%), Packaging system and technology (10%), References (10%). Bidder shall be licensed to provide pharmacy services in the state of Tennessee, possess all required licenses, and have at least three years of experience providing correctional pharmacy or institutional pharmacy services. Failure to deliver goods or perform services within the agreed timeframe may result in order cancellation, procurement from an alternate source, and holding the seller accountable for any resulting costs.
