The Long Beach Public Utilities Department (LBPU) is seeking quotes for welding services. Bidders must be registered with the city's Long Beach Buys portal. Quotes are due July 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The contract will be for one year. Award will be based on rate and meeting specifications. Bidders must be within a 25-mile radius of LBPU facilities, or the nearest qualified bidder will be considered. The DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a sole source solicitation for two boring machines. The solicitation, SPE4A8 25 R ****, is scheduled for release around July 10, 2025, and closing on August 10, 2025. The contract completion is required within 406 days of award. The solicitation includes complete technical data, tooling, removal of equipment, installation, foundation, training, shipping, OSHA machine certification, and IUID requirements. The delivery location is Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS IMF), Bremerton, Washington. The award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria and will result in a firm, fixed-price contract. Sealed bids for furnishing electrical manpower are solicited. Bids must be submitted electronically to lsu procurement services by 06/17/2025 11:00 AM CT. Suppliers must be set up in the university's new procurement system workday for bid tabbing and award of a purchase order. Suppliers should complete the online supplier registration form prior to submitting a bid response. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and clearly marked with the solicitation number and bid due date. Supplier inquiries for interpretation of the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the buyer of record no later than 4:30 PM CST four business days prior to the opening of bids. Bid addendum must be signed and returned with the bid. Suppliers must specify the brand and model number of the product offered in their bid. All products must be new, never previously used, of the manufacturer's current model and/or packaging, and of best quality. Suppliers proposing an equivalent brand or model are to submit descriptive information with the bid. Bid price for each item is to be quoted on a net basis and FOB LSU destination. Supplier is responsible for including all applicable taxes in the bid price. LSU is exempt from all Louisiana state and local sales and use taxes. Only the issuance of an official LSU purchase order/contract, a notification of award letter, or a notification of intent to award letter shall constitute the university's acceptance of a bid. Only those awarded brands and numbers stated in the LSU contract are approved for delivery, acceptance, and payment purposes. Supplier warrants that the products furnished will be in full conformity with the specification, drawing or sample. Supplier is responsible for making timely delivery in accordance with its quoted delivery terms. Failure to deliver within the time specified in the bid/award will constitute a default. Invoices shall reference the LSU purchase order number, supplier's packing list/delivery ticket number, shipping/delivery date, etc. Suppliers shall not assign, sublet or transfer their contractual responsibilities, or payment proceeds thereof, to another party without prior written consent. LSU reserves the right to authorize additional departments/campuses to use the contract as their needs arise. This agreement is nonexclusive. The supplier shall keep records of all purchases under this contract and shall be prepared to furnish a contract usage report to LSU upon request. LSU procurement services welcomes suggestions for contract improvements. The continuation of this contract is contingent upon the appropriation of funds by the legislature. The university may terminate this agreement at any time by giving thirty 30 days written notice.

The City of Manchester Parking Department is seeking proposals for parking meter infrastructure upgrades. The project involves installing or upgrading 155 multi-space kiosk units, 111 single-head meters, and 64 double-space meters. Proposals must be submitted in electronic (USB) and hard copy formats, with at least one hard copy containing original signatures, by June 6, 2025. The proposal must include a pricing schedule for all products, labor, and associated costs, including extended warranties, communication fees, transaction fees, etc. The winning proposer will negotiate a contract within 30 business days. The city reserves the right to reject or modify the project, or to select another proposer if necessary.
