Obtaining maintenance services from a non-authorized third party would introduce significant operational and technical risks, including improper calibration, reduced equipment reliability, extended downtime, and potential degradation of data quality. such risks could adversely impact nists ability to perform critical testing and analysis in support of its mission requirements.

Accelerated delivery is encouraged and accepted before the delivery dates listed in the schedule. The required repair turnaround time (RTAT) is 145 days, measured from asset return to the date of asset acceptance. The resultant contractual delivery requirement is measured from asset return to the date of asset acceptance under the terms of the contract.

Interested vendors shall be in possession of a current SOA certification for the cited category. Offerors must have an active SAM system for award management registration at the time of proposal submittal and award.

The site visit is planned for Friday 12 June 2026 at 09:30 AM local time. with reference to the organized site visit scheduled for 28 may 2026 at **** am, all prospective offerors will be required to submit the names of all attendees not to exceed two 2 per company by tuesday may 26, 2026 at **** pm local time
