Lot 4: Bridge drains with non- removable grates. Vacuum or water- flush the drain inlet and the pipe leading to the trough or into the air.
Lot 5: All other types of drains that do not fit the description of Types 1- 4 as noted above. These include median barrier wall box inlets, drop box inlets, catch basins, bridge end drainage box inlets, curb box inlets, and any other types that have removable grates. These are usually larger and deeper drains, some of which are trapped. Remove ( and replace) the grate for access and vacuum the throat and chamber area to remove all sediment, drift, and other debris.

Vacuum or water- flush the expansion dam from the top of the deck to remove all debris from the joint area and trough under the expansion dam. Clean all open- top troughs and open the clean- out to inspect and remove all debris

Lot 6: Provide water jet cleaning equipment capable of dispensing 75 gallons per minute **** psi, via a 1 ( min) hose. Equipment should be provided with necessary cleaning nozzles to clear roots or foreign objects, located within the storm water collection system, which cannot be removed by the normal cleaning operations.
Lot 7: Provide a color Video Inspection Camera that is remotely operated and records on DVD/CD format. Camera should be capable of tilting and panning 360 to allow full viewing of the structure or pipe being inspected. Unit must be able to inspect up to **** linear feet of storm sewer line. Additionally, the video unit must possess a push type camera for inspection of structures and small diameter pipes that are materially filled with debris. Push type camera must also be able of providing CD /DVD format of all inspection completed, if requested.
