The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of a home in Adair County. The project must be completed within 45 working days and is subject to the availability of funds. Bids are due May 22, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Indian preference will be given to bidders who provide proof of current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO). The successful bidder must comply with tribal rules and regulations and TERO requirements, including fees. The project is subject to Davis-Bacon wage rate requirements and HUD guidelines.
