The solution shall be delivered and placed in storage at the genesee county road commission flint garage, located at 211 westoakley street, flint, michigan ****, as directed by the maintenance director, between october 1, 2022 and may 1, 2023.

Payment shall be made from suppliers invoice submitted to cover items received and accepted during the billing period. invoices must contain the purchase order number under which the contract is awarded.

The product shall have a minimum storage life of one year, without degradation or addition of stabilizers or inhibitors.

The bid will be awarded to the responsible, responsive bidder whose bid conforming to this solicitation will be most advantageousto the road commission, price and other factors considered.

The successful bidder must meet and provide all requirements as outlined in the specifications package as contained herein.

In case of default by the contractor, the genesee county road commission may procure the articles or services from othersources and hold the bidder responsible for any excess cost occasioned thereby.

Evidence in the form of samples may be requested if brand is otherthan specified. such samples are to be furnished after the date of bid opening only upon request of the road commission.

a protest with respect to an invitation for bids or request for proposals shall be submitted inwriting within seven 7 calendar days of the date the contract is awarded.

estimated quantity 70, 000 gallons unit price total price price per gallon to include one 1 20, 000 gallon frac tank delivered and picked up for winter season as directed by the authorized manager of the genesee county road commission.
