The California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) is seeking proposals for attorney and messenger services. The successful contractor will provide messenger services to all courts within California and throughout the United States, including bankruptcy, federal, and state courts. Proposers must comply with the instructions in the RFP and monitor the California State Contracts Register (CSCR) on the Cal eprocure website for updates. Registration on the website is recommended to receive notifications of changes or updates to the solicitation and other bidding opportunities.

This is a request for proposals (RFP) for a lease of a historic one-room schoolhouse (Conduit Road Schoolhouse) located in Rock Creek Park, Washington, D. C. Offerors must submit detailed financial statements (audited or reviewed income statements for the two most recent fiscal years, balance sheets for the most recent fiscal year and month, and personal financial statements for sole proprietors). The proposal must demonstrate financial feasibility through prospective income statements, including revenue and expense projections for the first year of operation, and explain how any existing debts will be paid. The lease is for the use of the building within the park area only. Additional documents, including personal property lists and startup cost estimates, are required.

The GSA intends to award a design-build contract for the repair or replacement of the plaza and structural support system of the Howard M. Metzenbaum U. S. Courthouse in Cleveland, Ohio. The project will utilize a two-phase design-build selection procedure (FAR 36. 3). Phase I is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select qualified offerors for Phase II, a Request for Proposals (RFP). Phase II proposals will include technical and price proposals. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for June 26, 2025, in Cleveland, Ohio. Contractors will be required to wear hardhats. A site visit and pre-proposal conference will be scheduled during the Phase II portion. Award is anticipated in May 2026, with substantial completion anticipated in Winter 2029-2030. The estimated cost range is between $18,000,000 and $28,000,000. This is a negotiated, best value procurement. The contractor is responsible for all management, supervision, manpower, equipment, and supplies.
