The City is seeking two contractors to provide legal and administrative support services related to hearings and appeals to the Civil Service Commission. Services include supporting hearings and appeals, conducting legal research, drafting written opinions and findings consistent with the Local Agency Law, and assisting with appeal scheduling and correspondence. Applicants must demonstrate relevant experience with administrative or quasi- judicial proceedings for a governmental body.
