The proposal scoring methodology assigns points to experience with similar projects (25 points), references (25 points), staff capabilities (25 points), cost (15 points), and Indian preference (10 points), totaling 100 points.
The Nation may make investigations to determine the ability of the responding party to perform the work and reserves the right to reject any proposal if the responding party is not properly qualified. Indian preference will be given to responding parties who provide proof of current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Office (TERO).
