The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the delivery. The meals must meet commercial and US Army standards, and include allergy, vegetarian, and halal options. A menu must be provided 10 calendar days prior to the event, and any variations must be approved by the COR 5 days prior to the meal.
