The City of San Antonio is soliciting offers for a rescue first responder truck for the San Antonio Fire Department. Offers must be submitted electronically by June 24, 2026, 10:00 AM CT. A mandatory pre-submittal conference is scheduled for June 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT via Webex. The truck specifications include a RAM ****, Crew Cab, SRW, AWD Long Bed Truck with a camper top, and various emergency response equipment. Deliveries must be made within the city limits of San Antonio. All components must be new, unused, and include a minimum twelve-month warranty. The contract term begins upon award and ends upon completion of work or delivery of goods. Vendors must provide proof of insurance. Federal grant funding provisions apply.
