This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products. Proposals are requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. Quotes are valid for 90 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are net 30. This solicitation is posted as brand name or equal. The offeror must fill out Attachment 1 (Certifications and Identification of Country of Origin) and return it with its offer. Offers not including a completed Attachment 1 will be rejected. If you quote a product other than domestic from a non-qualifying country, your quote will not be accepted. A protest may be filed with the HQ, Army Materiel Command (AMC). The AMC level protest program is intended to encourage interested parties to seek resolution of their concerns within AMC as an alternative dispute resolution forum. The protest must request resolution under that program and be sent to the address below. The AMC protest decision goal is to resolve protests within 35 calendar days from filing. To be timely, protests must be filed within the periods specified in FAR **** to submit a quote in the PIEe solicitation module are provided. The use of brand name or equal in this solicitation is approved. There is no defense priorities and allocations system (DPAS) assigned rating for this acquisition. Quotes are due by the date and time listed in the PIEe solicitation module.
