The contract will be governed by Maine law and any litigation will be instituted in a Maine state court. Unregistered vehicles on the college campus are subject to parking violation tickets and/or towing off campus. Payment will be upon final acceptance of product and submittal of an invoice to the college, by the contractor on a net 30 basis unless discount terms are offered.
