Bidders must submit electronic responses no later than 5:00 PM Central Time on 09/24/2025. Bidders must fully complete the mandatory pricing schedule, including all costs, fees, licenses, and expenses for delivery and performance of the requested commodities or services. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for 09/18/2025 at 11:00 AM CT. Responses must be submitted via the specified email address or the DPS online bid room. Bidders must provide evidence of financial resources and ability to perform, including audited financial statements for the last two years or equivalent documentation. Washtenaw Community College (WCC) is seeking competitive quotes for the repair of a Jackson dishwasher. Interested vendors must submit responses via email using their standard quote form and include an electronic PDF of the vendor acknowledgement signature page, completed and signed by an authorized representative. Responses are due by 12:00 p. m. EDT on September 16, 2025. A mandatory site visit is required on Friday, September 12, 2025 at 9:00 a. m. at the Morris Lawrence Building lobby. All proposals must include all services and costs necessary to meet the business and technical requirements of the project. Pricing shall be for new, unused items only. Used or reconditioned items will not be considered. Pricing must include any shipping costs. WCC is a public college, please include any educational discounts or rebates available. WCC is a member of several organizations (e. g. , E. I. , Sourcewell, etc. ). If someone else in your company coordinates pricing for one of these groups, please forward this RFQ to them to complete. The awarded supplier's proposal response shall be subject to, and governed by the college's terms and conditions for product purchase and installation. In the event there is any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions referenced here and those referenced or included in a supplier's quote, WCC terms and conditions shall govern. All articles are subject to inspection and testing. In the event any articles are found defective, the college shall have the right to reject such articles and request immediate replacement. Default is defined as the failure of the vendor to fulfill the obligations of the quote. In the event of default, the college may cancel the contract or purchase order and procure the articles or services from other sources.
