Poudre School District R1 is seeking electronic sealed bids from qualified vendors for shredding services of confidential documents. The services will be provided at three district locations: Johannsen Support Services Complex, the Records Building, and Child Nutrition. The vendor will be responsible for providing one to four 65-gallon lockable bins at each location and performing weekly onsite shredding. Additional pricing for extra shredding services is required. Vendors must comply with all applicable EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations, maintain insurance, and provide a drug-free workplace. Bids are due by June 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM MT. Questions regarding the IFB must be submitted in writing via BidNet by June 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM MT. Award will be made to the vendor offering the lowest overall pricing and deemed most responsive and responsible.
The bid closing date is June 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM MT. The district will only accept and consider electronically submitted bids received by this deadline through the www. ***. *. * electronic solicitation portal.
Invoices will generally be paid within thirty (30) days following the district representative's approval. Invoices received from the vendor pursuant to this agreement will be reviewed and approved by the district's representative, indicating that services have been rendered in conformity with the agreement, and then will be sent to the finance department for payment. Invoices for services provided shall be submitted directly to the district's accounts payable department within thirty (30) days of completion of services.
It is the district's intention to award the vendor which offers the lowest overall pricing for shredding services for one to four 65-gallon bins at the three district locations. Award shall be made to the most responsive and responsible vendors meeting the specifications and deemed to be in the best interest of the district.
Consideration will be given to the firm that shows the most well-rounded, relevant experience, applicable list of references, and completeness in your response. The district's selection committee will be looking for a history of commitment to owner and project interests, willingness to be a team player, keeping a project within budget and an ability to coordinate multiple points of view into a successful project.
Questions regarding this IFB must be in writing and may only be directed to the district via BidNet any time after the issuance of this IFB through and including 2:00 p. m. MT on June 2, 2026.
Communication with a district employee other than the procurement agent named below until an award has been announced may disqualify your bid from consideration. Any proposal deemed to be collusive, or a sham proposal will be rejected and reported to authorities as such. Modifications to this document, attachments or addenda will be considered invalid will not accepted in any format by the district, and may be cause for disqualification.
