The contract period is for one base year of 12 months and four 12-month option years. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, tools, and personnel. Quality control is the contractor's responsibility, and a Quality Control Plan (QCP) must be submitted within 30 days of contract award. The government will evaluate contractor performance according to a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan. The service is to be performed at the BEP main and annex facilities in Washington, DC.
