The City of Columbia is seeking bids for 60 Eberle Design Inc. (EDI) 2018KCLIP conflict monitors with key cards and 1 Synapse ITS SYO Cloud Software for 50 intersections. Installation is not required. Bids are due by 2:00 PM CST on July 16, 2026. Vendors must be registered. Bid documents must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent at City Hall. Late bids will be rejected. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Payment will be made after satisfactory receipt of goods. Vendors have the right to present complaints within 7 calendar days of an incident.
Delivery time will be stated in the bid. If no time is stated, delivery is understood to be within fifteen (15) days after receipt of order, unless otherwise stated in the specifications.
Payment will be made in full after the satisfactory receipt of goods, materials, supplies, and equipment.
Manufacturers standard warranty is included for the conflict monitors.
Vendors must be registered as a vendor prior to award. Bidders must submit a completed bid sheet, all warranty certifications, an Iran Divestment Act statement, an Equal Employment Opportunity self-reporting statement, and a drug-free workplace affidavit.
The city reserves the right to cancel an accepted bid or contract in whole or in part due to nonperformance or defective products.
Samples of items, when requested, must be furnished free of expense to the city, at the time bids are opened or later if such are called for after the bids have been opened.
Vendors must file a grievance with the purchasing agent no later than seven (7) calendar days after the occurrence of the dispute or incident.
Fraudulent and collusive bidding is a crime and can result in fines, prison sentences, and civil damage awards.
