The current project timeline requires the site visit and final wetland report to be complete no later than two months after the contract award date, and the final wetland statement of finding to be complete no later than three months from the contract award date.
Progress payment shall be made on the basis of monthly invoices submitted to the NPS for labor hours performed and other direct costs incurred during the invoice period. Payment shall not be made in excess of the awarded amount or beyond the period of performance unless authorized in writing by the contracting officer.
Contract personnel performing wetland delineation must be a professional wetland scientist (PWS) or under the supervision of a PWS. Contract personnel must also have professional experience collecting data via a GPS device and writing technical field reports.
The contractor shall notify the NPS staff at minimum one week prior to beginning any work on site at Grand Teton National Park. The contractor shall communicate with park representatives for specific directions regarding access to the site. The contractor shall confine the work, parking of vehicles, and all other operations in connection with this contract to the specified hours and locations approved by park representatives.
